BirdSongFM is a generative soundtrack inspired by an audio tape of birdsong from the Wiltshire garden of Digital Ones chairman, which has been used as the test transmission for various digital radio stations since it’s recording in the spring of 1992.
When it was last taken off air some years ago, the broadcaster was surprised to find it had dedicated listeners voicing complaint.
